There are many people there who practice yoga. No doubt the benefits of yoga are extensive affecting the physical aspect of the body, mind and spirit as well.

What about famous sportsmen and sportswomen? Do some of athletes prefer to practice Yoga daily exercises as a great way to get better sport’s results? The fact is it happens very often including whole teams which are taking yoga classes regularly.

For instants England goalkeeper David James who has taken up yoga says that as far who came to yoga as part of his rehabilitation process but quickly saw the benefit of an on going practice. “I know have regular sessions to keep my muscles flexible, my body aligned and my mind free from stress.” David says.

Many famous and not so footballers and other athletes discovered regular Yoga daily exercises benefits that help them to be more focused and more able to make fast decisions with greater clarity.
